Drawing on her background in marketing and event management, Roberta brings a deep understanding of client needs and how to provide the right support to help them succeed. Outside of work, Roberta enjoys life by the seaside in Eastbourne with her husband and their spirited 7-year-old daughter, who keeps her on her toes. Family time often includes walks and scooting adventures along the seafront. Roberta also finds joy in yoga and playing the guitar, balancing her busy life with moments of creativity and mindfulness.
This year, Roberta is eagerly anticipating the arrival of her new nephew in January, a personal highlight she’s looking forward to celebrating. Reflecting on her time at Alliance, she fondly recalls the camaraderie of the team during their first summer party in a field filled with fitness challenges and another memorable gathering at Ascot.
