
Peter Juncaj
As Sales Director of North America, Peter Juncaj has been a driving force in subscription sales for the past two and a half years at Alliance. He manages key accounts including Costmine Intelligence, Citywire, Arizent, and Haymarket. A true specialist in his field, Peter thrives on subscription campaigns, serving as a player/coach for clients like Citywire and Costmine Intelligence. He enjoys keeping his sales skills sharp by actively selling part-time, leading by example for his growing team.
Peter takes immense pride in training new staff, with a goal to build an outstanding sales team in North America. He was hired by Alliance to help build a team in North America to better serve our clients on that side of the pond. He aims for every person he hires and personally trains to be recognised across the company for their excellence. A natural community-builder, Peter also hosts the company's "Friday Fridge," an initiative that helps the globally dispersed team connect on a personal level every Friday. His best memory at Alliance was getting to spend a week at the Alliance home office in Tunbridge Wells, where he got to meet many of his colleagues in person for the first time.
Based in Westtown, New York, Peter spends his time outside of work coaching youth baseball and basketball for his two sons. When he’s not on the field, he’s an avid sports fan, passionately following his favourite teams like the New York Yankees and Crystal Palace, while hoping to see the New York Knicks win a championship in his lifetime. He also enjoys playing disc golf and watching stand-up comedy.
Peter describes his colleagues as eccentric go-getters and team players with fascinatingly diverse backgrounds, from actors to pilots, who all excel in sales—a culture he is proud to be a part of.
