In Training & Development at Alliance, Jas Arora plays a pivotal role in shaping the success of our sales teams. For the past three and a half years, she has been instrumental in onboarding new starters, coaching colleagues for personal development, and managing KPIs to ensure exceptional performance. Her leadership in training is balanced with hands-on campaign management, where she oversees key accounts for Ultima Media, specifically across their Automotive Logistics and Supply Chain conferences, as well as campaigns for Agriconnect.
