OUR TRAINERS

JAMIE JOHNSON

Jamie is a Corporate Trainer within the B2B sector with over 35 years’ experience of designing and delivering bespoke training solutions across a wide range industries including publishing and events. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in sales and sales management, leadership and

1-2-1 coaching.   Jamie has worked with organisations in the UK, mainland Europe and the US. His primary objective is always to be a catalyst to improve the performance of individuals, groups and teams providing clients with an ROI on their investment in training.

  

Early in his sales career, Jamie joined Mercuri International, then the world’s largest global sales training organisation. During his 5 year tenure he became one of the highest fee earners across the world’s 600 consultants. Prior to joining Mercuri International he was recruited by Cadbury Schweppes as a Graduate Trainee within their confectionery division before joining the UK’s largest specialist fmcg recruitment, selection and search company.

 

Jamie co-found JFR Training in 1989 in a quest to provide truly bespoke training solutions, rather than ‘off-the-shelf’ training packages, The rationale behind his decision was to be able to provide delegates with training applicable and relevant to their roles as well as being an enjoyable and memorable experience.  From the clients’ perspective they benefit from the sustainable behavioral change of their people, resulting in enhanced performance. Jamie partnered with Alliance Sales Support Services as a Trainer available to the Publishing/Events Sector in 2020.
